For the past seven years, I’ve worked across leadership development, coaching, HR, education, and people-centered organizations — supporting leaders through growth, burnout, communication challenges, conflict, change, and the very human complexity of leading other people.
Again and again, I’ve seen thoughtful, capable people promoted into leadership roles because they were exceptional individual contributors — without ever being given the support, training, or space needed to actually learn how to lead.
Most of us were never formally taught the skills leadership truly requires: communication, emotional intelligence, feedback, conflict navigation, deep listening, facilitation, sustainable decision-making, or how to support others without abandoning ourselves in the process.
So many leaders end up over-functioning, carrying too much, reacting instead of responding, or quietly white-knuckling their way through leadership while trying to hold everything together.

No, this is 1:1 leadership coaching, customized to your needs and goals. Depending on how many coaching clients I have, we can typically start sessions within a week or two of the discovery call. Sessions are tailored to your goals and the challenges we uncover together.
Group coaching cohorts run twice a year, so you may have to wait a few months before being able to join one. If you are interested, sign up for my newsletter to find out when the next one launches!

Yes. Spots are limited and open on a rolling basis. The best first step is booking a Discovery Session — from there we'll figure out if we're the right fit and when to begin.

1:1 coaching is an investment, and I want you to feel good about it before we begin — not stretched thin before we even start. It is also one of the most direct investments you can make in yourself — the results tend to come faster and go deeper than almost any other form of development.

Many organizations are eager to invest in leadership development for their people — and coaching is one of the most effective ways to do that. I'm happy to work with partial employer contributions and offer payment plans to cover any remaining balance. I'm certified in Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coaching, Dare to Lead — Brené Brown's research-based framework on courageous leadership — and Management Essentials. One framework I come back to often is Positive Intelligence, developed by Shirzad Chamine and grounded in neuroscience. It helps people identify the thought patterns and inner voices that quietly talk us out of our potential — and learn how to stop letting those voices make our decisions.
Those frameworks are grounded in years of experience leading inside organizations. I started with Teach For America, teaching high school, then a Fulbright Scholarship in Vigo, Spain, then Director of People and Culture at Conexión Américas, and eventually into tech where I built leadership coaching programs from scratch, developed people managers, and led HR at the senior level for years.
I'm not going to hand you a premade roadmap. We build it together, aligned to who you are. We leverage your unique perspective and gifts, identify the gaps and challenges worth working on, and dig into the mindset shifts that can move things. We experiment, take aligned action, problem-solve, and hold space for the shifts as they happen. We celebrate progress and wins. Each week we look at what you learned, how you can adjust, and how to use that data to keep momentum going.
