We begin by exploring where you are now — your values, communication style, habits, internal patterns, leadership challenges, and the places where you may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck, or out of alignment.
Through reflective exercises, coaching conversations, and tools like the Positive Intelligence® Saboteur Assessment, we deepen self-awareness around the beliefs, fears, survival strategies, and emotional habits that may be shaping how you lead, work, create, communicate, and move through the world.
This phase is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and building a clearer understanding of what is currently supporting you — and what may no longer be serving you.
Clarify Goals & Build a Plan
Once we build awareness, we begin identifying what you truly want to move toward and creating a strategy rooted in alignment, intentionality, and sustainability.
